Ingredients:
2 Eggs
Black Pepper and Salt
Any toppings (turkey, ham, cheese, veggies)
Directions:
- In small bowl, beat the eggs and add salt and pepper to your taste.
- In a small frying pan, heat the oil and carefully pour the eggs into the pan.
- When the egg starts cooking on the edge, carefully put the toppings on the egg. (starting with any raw ingredients and cheese last)
- Carefully fold the omelet in half and flip. Cook until all the outside is the way you want and no egg is oozing out.
- Serve immediately, if you want sprinkle black pepper or any toppings.
