Yummy Breakfast Omelets

Looking for a easy and yummy breakfast? I just perfected an awesome recipe! Tommy thought it was so good that he ate all of it before I could take a picture!





Here is the recipe:


Ingredients:
2 Eggs
Black Pepper and Salt
Any toppings (turkey, ham, cheese, veggies) 


Directions:

  • In small bowl, beat the eggs and add salt and pepper to your taste.
  • In a small frying pan, heat the oil and carefully pour the eggs into the pan.
  • When the egg starts cooking on the edge, carefully put the toppings on the egg. (starting with any raw ingredients and cheese last)
  • Carefully fold the omelet in half and flip. Cook until all the outside is the way you want and no egg is oozing out.
  • Serve immediately, if you want sprinkle black pepper or any toppings.
Special Alternative Directions:
  • Breakfast Sandwich: Put the omelet in a warmed or toasted English Muffin with a slice of cheese.
  • Healthy Omelet: Use eggs whites and fresh veggies,
